Route 2 - Notre Dame      

Turn left in the Rue des Chantres , Hôtel de Chantre (dating from the 17th century). At the end of the street, display showing the level of the flood in 1910. On the quay , on right , at number 9-11 , display showing the old house of Héloïse and Abélard (Dating from 1118).

At the corner of the Rue des Ursins (1-3) and Rue des Chantres , spoof of an medieval house. At number 6, big bellied house. Beautiful house on left. Turn left in the Rue de la Colombe. Display for the enclosure Gallo Roman and Map of France. Cabaret on left was already here in 1250. At number 26, in the backyard , letters engraved on the ground. At number 22 and 24 , Chanoinesses houses dating from 16th century. At number 17, monolithic stone.

 

Turn right in the Rue Massillon. Turn left in the Rue du Cloître Notre Dame then enter on right in the Square Jean XXIII (Old square de l'Archevêché).

Turn right along the Seine (Old place of the Hôtel Dieu) et and walk along the Cathédrale Notre Dame (Build between 1163 and 1345). Turn left on the Pont au Double. Turn left in the Rue de la Bûcherie then on right in the Rue de l'Hôtel Colbert (Old name : Rue des Rats). Old place of the Hôtel Colbert. At numbers 12 and 14 , Hotels of the 17th century. Cross the Rue Lagrange.
